If you loved the 1970s or wish you had been alive then, or wish you could remember those years— you will love Theosofest! It’s a day to celebrate the wisdom of the ages, the unity of all life, and spiritual self-transformation. Presentations range from Astrology to Zen!
My 15-minute presentation, Slow Down — Come to Your Senses will be held around 1:20. We’ll explore the benefits of slowing down and tuning into our senses. I’ll guide you through a short exercise that you can continue to use on your own. Walk away from my talk with a clear method of how to slow down.
You can browse exhibits, experience hands-on demonstrations, sample vegetarian food, or find a place to meditate on their beautiful 43 acres of sacred space. Or shop the unique collection of amulets, spiritual objects and books at Quest Bookshop.
